Terms and Conditions
The guarantee and warrantee for our SNOWDEN Floor Drains, and SNOWDEN Aluminum and Stainless-Steel Profiles is void if the product falls under one of the following cases:
- Improper Installation: If the floor drain is not installed according to the provided instructions or by a qualified professional, the guarantee may be voided.
- Misuse and Abuse: Any misuse, abuse, or use of the floor drain for purposes other than its intended function can void the guarantee. This includes using it as a stepping platform or subjecting it to excessive force or weight.
- Neglect: Neglecting regular maintenance and cleaning as recommended in the product’s instructions may void the guarantee. Failure to keep the drain or profile clean and free of debris could lead to corrosion or damage.
- Chemical Exposure: Exposure to corrosive chemicals or materials that are not compatible with stainless steel can void the guarantee. It’s important to use the floor drain or profile only with substances it is designed to handle.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the floor drain by unauthorized personnel can void the guarantee. This includes welding, cutting, or making changes to the product’s design.
- Exceeding Weight Limits: If the floor drain is subjected to loads or weights that exceed its specified weight limits, the guarantee may be voided.
- Non-OEM Parts: Replacing any parts of the floor drain with non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or components may void the guarantee.
