(also referred to as C2TES1 Tile Adhesive, Flexible Cementitious Tile Adhesive, or Heavy-Duty Tile Mortar)
CONSTRUCT FLEXIBLE HEAVY DUTY TILE GLUE is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious adhesive engineered for installing all types of tiles, especially large-format, porcelain, natural stone, and heavy-duty tiles. It offers superior bond strength, flexibility, and water resistance, making it ideal for challenging environments, including high-traffic zones, wet areas, facades, and substrates subject to movement or temperature changes.
Base Material:

Form:
Pre-mixed dry powder (usually grey or white).

Installation Guidelines:
Surface Preparation:
Ensure substrates are clean, dry, stable, and free from dust, oil, or loose particles.
Highly absorbent surfaces should be dampened or primed.
Mixing Instructions:
Mix 25 kg of powder with 6–7 liters of clean water using a mechanical stirrer.
Stir to a lump-free consistency. Rest for 5 minutes, then remix before use.
Application:
Apply with a notched trowel suitable for tile size.
Press tile firmly into the adhesive bed, adjusting as needed.
Ensure full coverage beneath tiles, especially in wet or exterior zones.
